Kirk
For those who remember me, the odd few, well im back!! Not exactly back with the best of news though, im supraless once more! heres an update! Bought a lovely 96 na hardtop in alpine silver, not the best of body work but was mechanicly sound! so seeming as i couldnt insure it just yet i declared it off road and began the restoration process in my mates garage. Pulled the engine and cleared out engine bay prepped for clearcoating, got majority of the body work ready for paint. Had plans for shotblasting subframes and powder coating, totaly restore her. I fell ill for a few weeks and couldnt do much but whilst i was off work i got a phonecall off my mate, garage had been totaly cleaned out, engine, car, tools, his car, everything gone. That broke me in 2! A professional job for sure, knew what they were after, nothing spared. It did raise the question of how they managed to get what was basicaly a rolling chassis away without no witnesses I suppose there is a bright side to it all, the insurance payout but realy thats not the point, i worked hard to get that car and busted my behind to get the work done. Sickens me how bad this world become! but anyway im back! great this club! proud to be a part of it Edited July 19, 2009 by Kirk (see edit history)

Kirk
No real leads to be honest, just tire marks from i can assume be from a recovery truck but so far no solid details.. im not gonna let this drag me down, when we get the payout ill be going the same route i think. Plans for TT conversion probly a year later or so. Still insurance is costly until i turn 22 in july or so im told Edited March 22, 2009 by Kirk (see edit history)
