been having problems with my speedo dropping to zero whilst im moving a tap on the odo face usually restores it to normal ,but then it went and wouldnt come back up ,so got a new multiplug for the back of the odo cause mine looked a bit iffy redone all the wires put everything back the speedo worked all the way to work ,on the way home it dropped off again and wouldnt work .so some of the guys on here said i have a dry joint in the odo so i asked a member to have a look, was gonna post it tomorrow, its all bagged and ready for posting .so just took the car out to test my brakes and the damn speedo is working [without the odo unit in ]

would it be worth it if you could get your hands on another ODO unit and see if the speedo behaves itself with that one?
