My preference is if YOU dont mind getting everything and have a good supplier for the food then you go ahead.

If everyone had a different bit to bring, what happens if several people drop out?? result NO burgers, NO cobs/baps etc.

You have a good point there just what i was thinking, Could end up in tears lol :)

I have a good butchers at the end of my street that do good food cheap and Asda is cheapest place to get the Bread buns :)

I will get the food and chuck it in the van with the rest of the stuff If people just bring there own drinks will be spot on :), Iam bringing the big ice cooler to keep them chilled ;)

How much food do you all think we will need ?

30 - beef burgers ?

60 - sausage ?

30 - Kebabs of some sort ?

15 - Chicken legs ?

30 - Bread buns ?

30 - finger rolls ?

Any thing I have missed ?

Any posh gits that want sirloin stake, Well you can tickle :)

Do you think it would be best to get a count of individuals, some people may be bringing partners, I for one.
