Chris Wilson
Eat your hearts out Shelsley and the like in the UK, this is what the Europeans call a hillclimb...Not entirely sure the driver's not got a death wish though http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssqs4S4bRGM

Pete
I'm fairly sure that video is speeded up.
Chris Wilson
I wondered, although the steering inputs look in real time, as do the driver's head movements. The sound track V the gear changes toward the end seem a little out of kilter, too. Having just bought a Lola F3000 it's all irrelevant anyway, I'll soon show this foreigners how it's done.... Yeah, right, takes me all my time to get in the thing, and getting out, well, it's just embarrassing
Scott
I honestly don't think its sped up. Every single apex is hit at the speed i would expect to see in proper racing. The sound is all relevant, as said the movement is all relevant but.... the sound definitely is out a little bit. As it goes on it gets worse (the sound that is), doesn't take anything away from the video though.

bignum
He knew the course well and must have balls of steel to go that fast, impressive, i know this mount ventoux course from tour de france and its not easy on a bike never mind open wheeler f3000, respect. MrRalphMan
Fook, that's amazing piece of driving... Now I'd rather watch a couple of hours of that then an F1 race. Well maybe a couple like that, then the F1 race.. As long as it's accompanied with beer, who cares..
