Which FMIC

My only advise would be to have a serious think about where your going with the car before making a purchase.

For example when I went BPU I said am really likely to go more than BPU and the answer to the question was prob not :( So I went with a 2 row FMIC and here I am going single with prob the added expense of another FMIC.

if you are BPU the one above would be more than good enough, there are two types of intercooler, bar and plate or tube and fin, the one you list is bar and plate which are not quite as efficient as tube and fin but not by much, the end tanks are a good shape and with the connecting piepwork it looks a good deal, there really is no point putting a £600-£1000 intercooler on an engine that is going to be at the 400bhp mark for the rest of its days

I got my fmic from ebay and havent had any problems with it. The fitting was good and everything lined up well. I will say though the jubilee clips that come with it are crap so if you are going for an ebay one buy a better quality jubilee clip for the pipe connections.
