Its kinda like a big high power blingy tig welded OEM TT setup Umm, it's nothing like the OEM setup. The only actuator used here is the wastegate, which vents waste gas away from the first (small) turbo into the second (large) turbo, but with a restricted flow path...notice there is no wastegate to limit the pressure in the second turbo.
