marbleapple
Hi All, In the process of replacing my standard wheel for a momo one. I have the correct boss but i have two questions: 1. The cable that came with the boss only has one connector when the wheel has fitting bits for 2.... should I have two wires? (see pics) 2. The boss has a metal ring which seems to fit on the top but it sticks out and prevents the bolts on the wheel connecting with the boss.... should I just not put it on or is it included for a reason? Thanks guys
suprasurrey
If you look at the top connector in the first photo you can see an earth symbol. I would run a wire from there to the metal part of the boss somehow. As for the second photo, I`d say that the ring is just an adaptor for different sizes / makes of wheel. Tricky-Ricky
Yes all you do is connect one wire to the horn and the other to and earth, as all the button does is complete the circuit to earth.
