tonyhawk
I've found several links to threads needing a vband to 4 bolt adapter for wastegates, but not for Turbo to Downpipe. I need one of these, but from the UK: http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=ATP-FLS-028&Category_Code=GTBB Does anyone know who could supply one? Ta. Rich
Is it the downpipe that is 4 bolt?
tonyhawk
No, the tubbie.
Rich
Is it a T4 gt35r and is it .68 exhaust housing? If it is I would change the exhaust housing to a v band one. There are loads of guys on here who will have spare exhaust housings that would fit of that size and they would be very cheap and a simple fix. tonyhawk
It's the GT358466R, which is the GT35R, but with a larger compressor inducer and it's a 0.82 housing. I'm all for a simple fix! I need the car running by Wednesday and I can't connect the tubbie!
Rich
I would put a wanted thread up for the exhaust housing. As far as I know precision turbo housings will fit.
Sean1933
I would recommend changing the housing and not using an adaptor...otherwise this will push the downpipe backwards due to the width of the adaptor (over an inch!), could (probably would) give connection issues with the midpipe. tonyhawk
I had the same thing with my decat pipe on the stock tubbies, the angle was wrong and I had a nightmare getting it to mate with the midpipe I'll post a 'Wanted' thread. Thanks
