terribleturner
I've always fancied an RX7 and pop onto Mazdarotaryclub.com once in a while, the one Jurgen mentioned. Nearly bought one too.
SkyJawa
wankler as said above Expect high fuel and oil consumption and very expensive running costs compared to your Supe. If you do though mate, you'll love it, great cars.
green_dragon
You've just missed a cracker. My little bro just sold his last week!! K reg with a genuine 28k miles just sold for a tad over £7k. It was absolutely MINT Running costs were too much for him - he got a max MPG of 14 to the gallon (and thats with his missus driving like Miss Daisy!!) Lovely drive though I know you'll not be disappointed. Chris
Clarkey
Agreed - lovely motors the RX7. Only one thing that holds me back selling the Supe & buying a RX .. Am not bothered a rat's chuff about fuel consumption or monthly oil changes .. it's the reliabilty of the engines. I can't be doing with a engine rebuild every 40K miles. Lovely cars - just not practical as a daily car. A money pit.
SkyJawa
Some are know to go over 100k without a rebuild. What they do now if a rebuild is required is fit the rotar tips from the RX8 which are much better and as such should negate the need for another rebuild later on. SkyJawa
Like it says, though my Engleish was sh!te . I know of cars that go over 100k miles without a rebuild. I've also been told (as I looked into buying one), that if a 7 needs a rebuild you can fit the RX8 rotar tips instead which are alot better......... Supragal
Saw a convoy of these in Cobham yesterday, they are nice, they're just too small to really stand out like the supe IMO. Mate at work has one, quite tasty.

Dunno on the tips then, just regurgitating what I was told off the board I visited.
