In total shock, just bumped into a very good friend of ours and they just told me that his brothers daughter who had just turned 18 has been murdered yesterday!! she had gone on a date with this guy twice over the last month and on her way home yesterday he followed her home and killed her :(

She was a stunning looking girl who had just been accepted into 3 different universities and had her whole life ahead of her.

Whats with it with people nowadays??

Just gob smacked.

That almost reads like if she was a moose that failed her GCSE it wouldn't be so bad.

Unfortunately there are some complete nutters out there whatever country you're in over any time period, thankfully there's now one less wandering about.

Wigan has had it's fair share of murders over the years. worrying thing for me it that I know 3 of the people who committed them......

My dad's mate at work Andy Shapp was the best..!! (Or maybe worst)

He killed his wife in cold blood with a baseball bat whilst his daughters were out, he knew she'd been having an affair. He tried to cover the whole thing by going on a bike ride and disposing of his blood soaked clothes.

Got found guilty after pleading not guilty and only got 4 years in prison after convincing everyone that he wasn't a full shilling!!

Served two and half years before being released for good behaviour......

Who says crime doesn't pay eh??

The scary thing for me anyway, is not the fact that an innocent was murdered which itself is a serious tradegy, but the fact having grown up in a country where people being killed become 3rd/4th page information sort of makes me more comfortable over here that the taking of an innocent life really is a big deal.

Different angle on it I suppose.

My babysitter when I was young and a friend of mine as I got older was shot in a drive-by.

maybe thats the problem with lanelli, too many god damn poles!

Oh look, village idiot. Did you sharpen your pitch fork yet?

How many of those murderers was polish? Those statistics - did you bother to open them? There was 712 murders in Poland in 2002, there was 1200+ in UK in the same year.

I do understand, that Poles are easy target, because we are white (so no racism card) and generally do not give a s**t about accusiations like this, as we are too busy working and being taxed for all dole takers in this sorry state of the country.

Poles as a nation have a lot respect to life, if you are trying to pinpoint someone, have a look at US ghetto culture or Jamaican values of life. Kids here are fed with all this bullcrap about being gangstas, quick and easy money from drugs, no respect to police and law, failure of executing hard punishments. Poles have nothing to do with this, worst you can see will be some drunk retards - again - harmless.

Maybe problem is - too many damn cretins, who cannot see further then end of their noses or are too PC to say straight where the problem is and what solution should be.

My father tried to kill my mum about 14 years ago, paid a hitman who was actually an undercover copper to kill my mum, thankfully my dad not only failed in the attempt due to the copper taping the conversation and recieving the deal but he also went to prison but he was out in 4 years on my 18th birthday, i even remember him trying to call me over at one time and i told him to kiss my ass, i hate his guts, would love to kick the crap out of him for all the things he did to my mum.

i saw and still remember the things he did to my mum at 6 years of age onwards and being 14 years of age and in high school was bad enough let alone having that happen, allot of people are suprised i have not been in a mental institute.

My mum raised me to the man i am right now, some ups and down, no father to look upto so i used t.v personality's growing up, Brandon Lee, David Hasselhoff, Bret "the hitman" hart even stone cold steve austin and The Rock at some point.

Stayed with my mum till i graduated from university in 2005, now my dad is to damn old to even try anything.
