TRACIE_LOU
I've used nero in the past and found it ok, but is there a better/easier one that anyone recommends?
Pot
Is it for music, or movies, or both?
MrRalphMan
I like Nero, but don't use the wizzards, just sort the burn out manually. Still on an Ooold version as it just works and isn't as bloated as later versions.

lui
Nero or roxio will do the job both good
Jake
I like Nero, but only use the wizards. I use the old Version 6 of Nero though. The newer versions are horrible bloatware.
RED_ROCKET
i think i can get roxio cheers
Pot
Possible controversy here, but if you're running Vista, I find what comes with it good enough, unless you want something flash
RED_ROCKET
im not very pc minded what comes with vista lol

RED_ROCKET
I'd been using nero 8, i just thought if there was a better one or something i'd get that instead:d
Scott
I use the micro versions of Nero. If you aren't really into "professional burning" then just use Nero Express. I find it very simple to use. As said the newer versions are very bloated hence the reason i use the Micro version.
TRACIE_LOU
Certainly not into professional burning just films and odd bit of music really

Thorin
I used dodgy versions of Nero for years, but every time you updated it you had the same old hassle with having to register it again. I use ImgBurn now, it's free, does everything I need. http://www.imgburn.com/ I do remember using CDBurnerXP years ago too, which is also free and worked fine, but I can't comment on recent versions of it. http://cdburnerxp.se/

Downloaded the cdburnerxp last night but couldn't get it to work don't know if thats vista or just me! Thanks for link to imgburn i'll take a look:d
Scott
probably vista. Version 6 of nero probably won't work properly either. I had to change the trusty version of nero when i went onto vista.
TRACIE_LOU
Seems like nothing wants to work with vista
