Abz
Oh not for any cage fighting, just to get my fitness backup buddy. I am trying to learn Wing Chung, I had my ass handed to me & I have years of experience fighting from boxing, karate & a form of cage fighting. That trains you more to fight with your mind rather than blind rage Watch IP Man (1 & 2) Will give you a rough idea

Seen the first one, it's a movie though I'm a Jeet Kune Do man, put into practice with the proper expertise it is very effective. It's also a more logical way of defending yourself...... attack

An intriguing combination I never said I was any good at it, it's just my preference. No faffing about with stances and positions, just hitting fast, accurate and hard (ooeer). Yoda Since I spoke to you about it at the WIM event I havent got any further! (Combination of getting married, working aboard, long family holiday, tearing my ankle ligaments, football league & lazyness, actually it might just be the last one!) I still havent learned the basic form and it is my intention to learn this within the next 6 months. One of my colleagues has kindly agreed last week to teach me this during lunch time & then I'll go more into it. Not had a go yet on the Mook Jong but I have seen my colleague on it & I'd loved to learn it!
