Tourniquet
Anyone go last night ? I've finally lost my cherry - I am no longer a metallavirgin as James Hetfield put it. Soon to be a veteran lol. Loved the show, they're a great live band with lots of showy stuff but I was surprised how much stuff I didnt recognise. Still had a great night til the car park bit after the show - grrr

Axle
What did they play? Unforgiven, Untill it Sleeps and Nothing Else Matters would have been great to see Live.

Axle
Nice one. They did not play Untill it Sleeps or Unforgiven.. That is unforgivable Untill it Sleeps was a serious training tune of mine when i was a mere kippa.

Jive
Got tickets for their O2 Arena show on the 28th March, will be my 2nd time there seeing them and can't wait
Branners
One of my team went along, he enjoyed the band, seriously disliked the venue. He was in row P which is basically in the ceiling. I have to agree with him about the venue, I saw Bryan Adams there and the tiered seating sucks. Wont ever go to O2 again it was that poor. Jive
Got standing tickets which makes it soooo much better Must admit, my first time there at the O2, I glanced up at the top seats and almost had a vertigo attack ... and I was stood on terafirma

martin1982
Think I may be the only Metallica fan who doesn't like Nothing Else Matters! Always use that song as a chance to get to the bar/toilet
Bobbeh
Its a good track to stick in there for a breather, it does get heavy at the end doesnt it, but its a bit of a plodder.
MarkR
I was there... AND right in front on the railings (my ribs still hurt), and I caught the plectrum that James Hetfield threw into the crowd after one of his tracks!! It has grooves cut into it from where he was playing so hard!! AWESOME!!!
Jive
Anyone going tonight? Still waiting to find out how we're getting there .. mate who's got the tickets seems to have gone incommunicado If anyone is there tonight, enjoy
dangerous brain
I wanted to go but £90 a ticket and travelling expenses and accommodation after the gig etc puts the price up around £350-400 which to see a band is just not justifiable. Especially considering I can see mentallica an extremely good and accurate tribute band at mr kyps 100 metres away from my house for £
