As said, if paid by CC and things go wrong you are covered under Section 75 of Consumer Credit Act: http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/publications/ombudsman-news/31/creditcards-31.htm Contact the accountants who are in Hatton Garden and ask them to send a message to the company directly. I ordered something from them for £169.99 on 9th May by debit card. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th May but when I called them on 15th i was told the box was damaged so they hadnt sent it and were waiting on another. It would be about a week, which i waited... and then couldnt get through to them on the phone, no answer or not even a ring tone. I finally did get through and spoke to some woman on a very poor line, she told me it was due for delivery the following week, so i told her to cancel my order. I received an email to say it had been cancelled and funds would be refunded. that was a week ago, still my money isnt returned. I now cannot get through to them on their customer service line 08718110081 I have called my bank but they said I have to try and get the money back via the company for now. I have emailed Dolphin Fitness a couple of times during the order and never had a reply. Yesterday I sent them an email with threats of legal action to try and get some sort of response. Did you get a refund in the end? It could be a genuine fault with the phone lines and just poor customer service, or, and i fear this, they are a dodgy bunch of robbing bastards!
