2000 JDM VVTi turbos same as JDM or EUR/US turbos?

Hello guys,

 

Are 2000 JDM VVTi turbos the same spec as JDM or EUR/US turbos?

 

I have seen differing infromation; some state the VVTi turbos are the regular ceramic JDM turbos, while others state they are the same as the slightly better flowing EUR/US spec turbos.

 

What is correct?
