loks
.... and to think it was mine for the previous 15 races.... I hope you make a happy couple
loks
Hope to have a few more entrants next year! Wouldve thought a forum that's car orientated would have had more people in it Couple of comments: As I remember no 2 people can have the same choices throughout, please confirm this as my memory is shot. Meaning that the first in get the best choices and everything after that is just picking up the crumbs. As the season progresses and drivers move around/get injured/get killed, then you are stuck with whoever is placed in the car. No idea what to suggest how to make this more a flexible choice as the season goes on though.... Thoughts all? Thanks for organizing this caseys ..... If I manage to avoid the wooden spoon, it was fun.... if not, it was crap
caseys
I apologise for my ineptitude recently (90 hour working weeks do that to me ) I'll post the results up in about 5 hours when I get a lunch break at work. Will start a thread in January discussing a 2010 league and what people would like to see in it and will try and work out how to allow driver changes/flexibility etc. Hey, it's my first attempt at running a fantasy league
caseys
Well Ladies & Gentlemen I can happily announce this year's winner and loser! After a long stretch at the top, Ace has won this year's fantasy league! And a surprise result, after Loks playing rear gunner for so long he has been usurped by Supradoopa as having the honour of the wooden spoon! Ace, please let me know what charity you'd like your £5 to go to, if they've got someway of donating online and doing gift-aid, all the better. Supradoopa if you want a surprise loser award, please let me know and I'll see if I can sort something out Facts to end the season : Button completed most laps of any driver this year (948) Nakajima didn't score a single point in a full season (I think a new record for Williams?) Cheers all, let's hope for an interesting year in 2010 with Lotus, Campos and Manor all joining the mix too.

caseys
Well done Ace Thanks to caseys for running this thread - good work sir No problem, happy to run it Will look to improve it for 2010, that and 3 new unknown teams I think will gives us a wide variety of choices and unknown combos Hah hah... late surge to tie for the bronze I had to double check my spreadsheet formulae with that! Was quite uncanny that two people tied on points considering what you get points for!
