dandan
Has anybody ever added additional silencers/mufflers to either: - 2nd decat pipe - Blitz Nur Spec R I had a quick look underneath yesterday but didn't come to any earth shattering conclusions. Has anybody headed down this route with ether of these exhaust pieces? I'd like to get the volume down to just under "baffle in" levels when the baffle is actually out. The main concern is idle volume and low speed "suburban driving" at 7am to get to the motorway, I'm not too fussed on the volume at WOT. Cheers Dan

Branners
I know of somebody ages ago who drilled some holes in the Nur Spec baffle. It allows just that bit more noise out and you just keep drilling holes until you get the sound right.

RobSheffield
I was idly wondering this at work today, to get my VS Ti down under trackday noise limits. You can get universal silencers cant you, so maybe get a cheap 2nd decat and a welder and give it a go

Branners
You serious Branners I would have thought that would sound rather odd nope, quite serious. All it does is let more sounds out. The nurspec bung just stops the sound by baffling it back in to the exhaust. Let a little more of the sound out and it would get a little louder. Has to be worth a try.
