Thorin
Bloody lovely. http://www.debbieandandrews.co.uk/ I recommend the Sicilian ones.
michael
I haven't tried the Sicilian ones, just the Harrogate high pork content ones (which I thought were a little dry), sadly I have to say I prefer these ones from darn sarf at the moment: http://www.porkywhites.co.uk
Thorin
I've got some of the Harrogate ones too, and the Pork and Ale, but I've not had them yet. Definately try the Sicilian ones. I'll have to try some of the Porky Whites ones, unless I'm missing something, I can't see on their site what different ones they do?
michael
I've only seen one type of Porky Whites, Sainsbury's at the White Rose seems to be the nearest supplier - just a nice pork sausage without any extra filler chucked in to add taste. I'll be sure to update you on my feelings on any future pork related products. I'm still on the lookout for a nice butchers pork pie in the Leeds area. michael
I'm still on the lookout for a nice butchers pork pie in the Leeds area. Drive to Skipton, it's worth the effort, good bacon too. There may be a hidden gem closer to home but I've yet to locate it, "award winning" in Leeds doesn't seem to mean much.

It's a bit of a trek just to look for a nice pork pie though, but I'll bear that in mind. Hey Thorin, did you just hear a dog fart? Nope! Just had some Sicilian sausage butties reheated in the microwave from last night. Lovely.

I do eat some meat, when I fancy it but I prefer not to, just because I don't like the thought of it in my mouth. Not because of cruelty or anything. michael
Flat sausages FTW I've never been too impressed with them but maybe I haven't had a good one yet, they seem to be too pink - like cheap sausage roll fillings. I did have some amazing sausage in south Wales years ago though, somewhere near Tenby, a butchers that seemed to specialise in such things, they did an amazing Garlic & Pork.
