Class One
I'm sure I read (although I may be wrong and this could just be one of those rumours that abound in suitations like this) Jade was considering having her death filmed as part of her ongoing TV programme. Now for me, I do find this going one step too far, a tad distasteful, and wonder what possible benefit this could have for anyone and certainly not a dignified legacy to be remembered by your children. Well, it'll be a first and then an ultimate publicity stunt!
Terminator
Exclusive photographic rights have just been sold on Jades wedding for £700,000! I've just lost a little bit of sympathy for her now! It is the Newspaper that offered the money, so why should she not take what is offered. If you were in the same situation, a few months to live, leaving two kids behind. Along comes the Sun who offer £700,000 for pictures of you and your car. Would you turn it down and let them have the pics for free. In her position, why not exploit the media, take them for all she can get. It is not her fault they, the media are daft enough to pay that sum.
AndrewOW
Oh dear Ed, you've appeared to have upset a few people. Maybe a sizeable donation to the Supra.net charity is in order. Or just ignore it, and hope it just goes away!

Thanks Pot. Yes,..... I have 35 kids from 18 mothers. I bought them all on ebay. Im sure Ed didnt mean any offense Cheers Vicky.

Max Clifford was on earlier saying that there's no way he would have anything to do with Jade having her death filmed. Primarily because his own wife was taken by cancer. Mind you, he also said that he didn't know what would happen if somebody offered Jade the sort of money she couldn't refuse...

Carl_S
I did not see the big brother affair, or see her on TV recently. But she will have, through the media that had once made her infamous, used the same media to encourage many young women to get smears, and thereby helped to save lives. So after having being smeared by the press, she now has encouraged many women to get smears. And has, of course, provided for her children, so poignant to remember that on Mothering Sunday. PJ
Though I have never liked her from her many media appearances due to 'fame' from Big Brother and the way that she had been milking the money from the press for her story, I feel sorry for her kids today. Passing away on Mothers Day makes it especially poignant for her kids, as if it wasn't hard enough for them anyway. She has at least raised awareness and as a result smear tests and screening figures are way up, which is only a good thing. She has set her kids up for life and hopefully will rest in peace. hogmaw
Sad news, and being on mothers day makes it even more poignant
dani_r
Sad news. Especially on a day like today. Was never a big fan, but liked the fact that she has set up her kids for life by screwing the tabloids. RIP Jade.
johnny g
We had a sweepstake in work. I've picked up £165. Glad it's all over now tbh. There's sadder cases out there, like 27 year old women who leave kids and family behind with no money, or no security.
Kranz
Unfortunately its a fact that life is 100% fatal. But on mother's day is sad. Anyone who has to go through a day like today wishing that their mother/father/brother/sister etc was there to share their life with them has my utmost sympathy. Make the most of it folks, because its over before you know it! Oh, and tell your loved ones how much you love them every day.... as it may be your last chance

Lbm
I'm with Johnny on this. There are many other cases, even today where it's just as sad, or even more unfortunate, ie no financial gains for those left behind.
