I did have one on mine and loved the sound (even after 6000 miles), but you're right, they are ear bleedingly loud and even pootling around sound like hell on earth has arrived. black_widow87 Posted July 2, 2013 Share Posted July 2, 2013 Been looking into exhaust notes again recently and iv noticed by watching A LOT of youtube vids that systems which are either 3" or 4" all the way through have a much fuller note to them as opposed to systems that have a stepped diameter. Im currently running a 3" down/mid pipe with 3.5 cat-back and have to say its not a very clean note, sounds very rough and burbly if that makes any sense.
