garetheves
Just a pointless observation but is it just me or does anyone else do this.... When ive just filled up the supra i drive it very ecconomically cos the plastic has just taken a pounding with the price a fuel these days, yet once it gets down to approx quarter of tank left i start to live a little due to the imminent fill up. Seems pointless to me but for some reason i do it, anyone else????
MrAngry
No I don't do that! So the question still stands are you weird?

Lazarus
Errr! No, unfortunately for the poor car it never gets driven economically. Disclaimer - Thats not to say I always drive like a complete tit all the time either. But if I was worried about fuel I wouldn't have the car. Ian C
I'm the opposite, I start driving "economically" on 1/4 tank unless a) I'm near home and b) there is something to race Gotta love the first free 25 miles before the gauge needle moves -Ian PS incidentally I got 23.5mpg on the Bruntingthorpe day, how about that Average, not during the 1.4 mile runs lol
MichaelG
I like to give it a little squeeze on the throttle after i fill up.........nothing better...........but tend to drive like Miss Daisy when it gets to about a 1/4 tank............probably cos i cant stand the thought of another £50+ gettingf thrown away on liquid that doesnt get me legless !! lol
