I had that on my watch list but forgot about it due to working today. I nearly PM'd you the other day, I was gong to ask if you'd take £1500 for it, but I saw you said "no silly offers" and didn't want to waste your time. The silly offers i was on about was people kept offering me £300 to £400!! Would definatly of taken ur offer. Just got of the phone to the bloke seams genuine, he is gonna send me a deposit.
