Ewen Posted February 9, 2009 Share Posted February 9, 2009 This reminds me of the five-a-side matches we had after school...lines of hopefuls wanting to be picked, only to be left out and, shoulders hunched, hands in pockets, they dejectedly kicked their satchels along the pavement all the way home. Harsh times indeed. With thanks to those who mentioned me (its reciprocated), yes there are quite a few on here I feel I would be richer for meeting. I've not got a list or anything, but I've already ticked off a fair few and I'm pleased I have. Distance is an issue, I'm more likely to meet more of you guys (and ladies) at larger meets...but then the probable melee wouldn't be conducive to meeting people 'properly'. Anyone who has the time to introduce themselves, say hello, shake your hand etc is worth meeting as far as I'm concerned, but I admit there are a few of you that make not being able to make certain Supra meets doubly disappointing.
