My cavitites are being insulated in the next couple of weeks so I'll be doing a back to back as long as I can get some similar outside temp conditions. I recall being told as much as 35% through the walls of a reasonable sized detached house and about 20% through the roof. At the moment my double glazing and curtains/blinds does a better job than the 50mm cavity wall construction!
