Ok, so my R33 Skyline GT-R v-spec is now out of the garage with a new engine and turbos.

I regret having to sell but the time has come to own something that will be a little kinder to the wallet on fuel.

The Car -

1996 'N' reg Nissan Skyline GT-R v-spec

White in colour

Lots of mods including larger ball bearing turbos, Apexi PFC, titanium exhaust, coilovers etc...

See the 'My Garage' link in signature for full spec and photo.

(more info and photos will be updated when I return home on Friday 13th Feb from work down south)

The History -

I bought the car April 2007 and during the 2 years I have owned the car it has covered less than 3000 miles.

It has had the turbos replaced with Garrett GT2860 ball bearing items and had a full engine replacement due to a problem with the old unit and the bearings. (cheaper to replace than rebuild).

New engine has covered less than 30k miles and has ACL race bearings and uprated internals (standard pistons though).

It also comes with a 6 month unlimited mileage warranty!!!

(car running standard boost but boost controller is installed)

Engine swap was done by The Garage in Motherwell, a Nissan Skyline specialist.

Engine purchased from MrEngine.net for £2300.

Turbos purchased from Owen Developments for £1300

What I want -

I will be looking for £10k + for the car (offers via PM) as it has just had all of the work done and is in great condition (also comes with original GT-R matts and carpets). You will also get the warranty with the engine.

I am looking for a good condition Toyota Supra SZ or SZ-R manual or an Aero top N/A

Not wanting another tubby just now so no offers of hybrid twins or super singles please.... ;)

Car will also be getting fully valeted next weekend by a proffesional company and I will be driving it from Glasgow to Portsmouth on Sunday the 15th Feb if anyone who is seriously interested wishes to view whilst i'm on the road down (M8 / M74 / M6 / M42 / M40 / A34 / M3 / M27 areas).

Total spent on replacement engine -

Engine £2300

Oils & Gaskets £150

Labour £550

Turbos £1300

Total = £ 4300

Thanks for looking

Gordy :)

P.S. - 12 months MOT & 6 months Tax !!!

You don't own a E36 M3 Cab as well do you?

No not me ... why do you ask?

Now if you said 'You don't own a 1996 Ford Mondeo 1.8 TD GLX in Burgandy with tape hoding the bumper together, bumps in every panel and clocking nearly 170,000 miles' ... then I'm your man! :)
