Mike
The 2 jap cars i have had ( Supra and Gto) have been by far the most reliable cars i have ever had:) I don't think I can ever bring myself to sell mine. I can't imagine getting in a 'normal' car every day!? It starts every time, pulls like a train and require no attention whatsoever... are all Toyotas/Lexus like this? ADL Mark
I bought a 'normal' car to get in every day, and all it does is bloody break down. Stick with the Supra! And no, like I said my girlfriends GT-Four is a pig and has gone very very wrong in the last year. Suspension twice, fuel tank, exhaust, spoiler broke, it's now blown a gasket too.. the list goes on! Im sure i've read before that Lexus are one of the most reliable, if not the most reliable cars on the road, as for the toyota arm of the group, its always been recognised as building very reliable cars too. I think its the luck of the draw when picking cars you can pick good ones up and bad ones. You could buy a 15 year old fiat uno and last you 5 years without breaking down but then again a lot of them will break down, same the the supra a lot will not break down but there is a few out there that will .. Yes i agree, figures for car reliability are all averages, but that said "in general" Toyota/Lexus are very reliable, but obviously there are always exceptions.
