Dnk
Didnt even think about using the supra, 10" wide fronts and 11.5" wide rears gives zero traction on snow, thankfully i had my old Landcruiser to play in

benkei
Looky looky, i thought id do some inexpensive power slide testing! Well i tried and this was the outcome;) http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=53KyNPNde3o and http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=yL3U1YK0v04 I wouldn't say it was power sliding... As power is not really needed in these conditions... Maybe just sliding! Did you learn much about control from this little play about? I'd like to do it at some point just to learn more about what the car will do and the best way (if any) to correct it safely.
Thorin
I've driven mine quite a bit in the last few days, in the worst weather conditions in many years. This was with traction control turned off, and with 275 Falkens on the rear. I didn't die, I didn't crash, and I didn't even have any hairy moments (apart from when I intended to ). Now, considering the fact that many Supra owners lock up their car at the first sign of frost, does this make me some kind of driving God? That's a rhetorical question obviously. MrRalphMan
I would have been a driving god too, if I could have moved her from her parking space..
michael
Looks as though it's rain for the north now but a fair bit of snow still to come for the south: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7865477.stm I'll be glad to see the back of it, it's nice at first but now it's just an annoyance. Im not going anywhere for a while
