Carl_S
People need money in these car times, so are willing to let their ego pets go cheaply. Look at it drive it and enjoy it!

Guigsy
Sounds fishy mate. We didnt have the 15th aniversary edition over here. and if he is in the uk it sounds odd. Nobody on here would say that and its the kind of detail a scammer might pick up on not knowing this. Besides. Its not cheep shipping a car from the uk to the usa. Its still cheep. Even for an auto NA

Nobody on here would say that and its the kind of detail a scammer might pick up on not knowing this. We did once have a member claiming his car was a 15th anniversary edition, but it wasn't (wasn't even a '97 if I recall correctly). This almost certainly is a scam, try and string him along though, ask for the address and if one of us can go visit it. I bet there'll be some excuse. Guest idiotbox
well hes send me a buncha pictures so i saw the 15 anniversary label and would anyone really do that for me?! :O
Carl_S
It doesn't sound that dodgy to me. As Thorin says, string him a long a bit. If it was local to me I would visit him and the car for you. There is a Nato base near where I live, and I know Yanks love to take their cars if they can.
ellis
well hes send me a buncha pictures so i saw the 15 anniversary label and would anyone really do that for me?! :O Errm, lets think - load of money for 2 minutes sending a few pics of a car I don't own over the email to a gullible person? Yeah, I think I can muster the effort required to do that today!
