Tannhauser
That installation was courtesy of Interpro, in case anyone's interested. I know the injectors weren't like that when it arrived there because part of their brief was to refit the injectors following a fuel leak from a split O ring. Homer
'kin ell, thats bodgetastic Says a lot for interpro if the car was allowed to leave like that.
JDModified
The 2 copper washers were used to space the injector from the rail because the ill fitting seals woudlnt allow the injector to sit into the rail. This allowed for silly sized leaks and a bad spray pattern I would imagine, and was most likely why 1 injector failed whilst being removed and refitted. Tannhauser
So the the big unit and show off perconer sucks you all in and then this... That's an unwarranted assumption. There are a lot of reasons that the car there. It's a long story and it doesn't have much to do with personas. I'm sure that plenty of the work done at Interpro is competent. I had my manual conversion done there and it seems absolutely fine. I also liked dealing with Jody when he was there - extremely helpful and efficient. But if something as shoddy as this comes to light, I'm not going to keep it quiet on principle.
