Homer
Thanks Ryan for updating the list Post 2 is updated with the latest details of runners. A couple of actions for everyone on the list of power runs and mapping sessions: 1) If you are not certain you will attend, please let me know and I will mark you as TBC. This doesn't exclude you from the event but helps Ryan, SRR and myself be able to best organise time slots and staff required on the day 2) Let me know your preferred running time. We'll be splitting the day up as we've done in previous years (4 runs each hour, starting at 10am). So, either PM me your preferred hour(s) or just state AM, PM, or no preference. Lots of no preference options would be great PM is preferred to save cluttering up the thread If anyone does fancy the BBQ idea (I will bring the BBQ and food) let me know and I will set something up, should save a trip to the chip shop etc and allow us more dyno time Great idea Dean and you are very welcome to do this, however I will need to check with Charlie @ SRR if BBQ's are allowed, they seem to have some funny rules at the site they're based at! Will let you know what Charlie says. If not, I'll be ordering in some pizza for everyone at lunchtime and some snacks, tea & coffee for the rest of the day. Numbers are looking good so far, should be a great day

Homer
Why? What if were there first thing? It's due to staffing requirements and the unpredictable time it could take to do the mapping. They are run end of day to not upset the timings for the power runs. Sorry Jon but there's no other way to run large dyno days.
