Condition wise, it's of course not mint as it's seen some use. The very shiny rear has lots of small scratches that aren't very deep. It's not been dropped or anything like that. The original earphones are unused as you can see from the pics. The USB sync cable is included but I forgot to include it in the pictures. Software-wise, it's running the latest 2.2 firmware, and has been totally reset to factory settings and iTunes will guide you through the first use setup when you plug it in.
