Sorry to hear that Buster, glad you walked away from it.

As said already once you hit standing water and started aquaplaning on a bend there was nothing you could have done to save it.

At least you are OK, I feel for you especially as insurance is only 3rd party

Hey, its the worst feeling when you go back the next day in daylight a see how bad it actually is. I had a crash in my first supra and it ended up on its roof and like you am lucky to tell the tale. The only difference I was fully comp so basically got me money back. Sorry if this seems im rubbing your nose in it, far from it. Just highlighting that altho it cost more it is well worth going fully comp.

 

But like everyone has said the main thing is that your ok mate.

 

Goodluck with the rebuild? I assume thats what your gonna do ;)

Not a good thing to see, but wet roads + high speed + rwd supra = problems...

 

At least you are in one piece.

 

Hitting standing water can really catch you out. :blink:

 

I'm always so very very cautious if in the unlikely event I'm out in the rain whilst driving the Supra.

just had a look round the soop got some thing that have made it out alive so im puttin up a parts forsale thread and will put bits up and pic for all intreased if u do want a perticula part just pm me and i will see if its ok! cheers all
