Guest bcs
Supras are about 1/2 the cost to run - and faster in a straight line with the same power.

Guigsy
How does someone troll about how good the r34 is on a supra forum? We all know thats not true Besides you cant realy compare. As most wont be stock. Besides the supra is cheeper I'd still rather have the Supra if the years were the same TBH. The ONLY Skyline i'd go for is the Nismo R34 Z-tune. gordy07
The R34 is a stunning car but like said,WRONG FORUM!!
D8MOA
wouldnt you compare a R33 to a supra anyway?
Gaz6002
wouldnt you compare a R33 to a supra anyway? Depends which year you're talking about. VVTi Supras could compete with the R34 in standard form, given the right driver.
D8MOA
i was just refuring to age of cars i.e supra is a early 90's car so is the R33..i wouldnt really put a newer R34 in the same class as a supra (even though will still give the R34 a run)

j_jza80
I would go to an import dealer and try them for yourself. I certainly wouldn't go and buy a car on someone elses word.

The two cars are like chalk and cheese, drive before you buy and hold out for a good one. Whatever you decide.

gordy.r
Such a hard question to answer, both cars are so very different and the biast i'm guessing will be towards the Supra on this forum! For looks, straight line power and reliability i'd go for the Supra. For Ultimate cornering ability, Single living and harsh repair costs i'd go for the R34. In all seriousness, go and have a look at a few, get a few test drives and check out servicing, repair costs, tunability, it depends on your driving preference, budget and overall use of the car IMO. Good luck anyways (if you are actually going to reply to your thread...)
RiceRocket
Isn't there a massive price difference between a Supra and R34 GTR? (unless you're aiming for TRD3000GT territory) IMO if the looks aren't important then the R34 as they just have a 'presence' when I've seen one (actually 2!)
