matt
Hey gang I've got some goodrich ss hoses that don't have the stock mounting point ..........( the one thats about 4'' lower than the joint to the steel pipe and fits on the upper A-arm) Anybody else have these? If so how have you secured them to ensure theres no rubbing? TIA
Alex
I nailed them down by using a "P" clip/clamp. Your nearest motorparts company should stock them... Can't remember exactly where I mounted the p clip...either I reused an existing screw hole or made one in the inner arch....I don't remember cause my mechanic did it!! Hope that helps.... though they should't rub if you can get them to sit right...if you spin the hose whist its mounted I believe it will find a position which keeps it off the wishbone. EDIT - you are feeding it through the wishbone arn't you???
matt
yeah , I'm following the original route. I considered p-clips ...... but would prefer to use the original mounting bracket ... hohum! Thanks
