Jake
Have you done a search? I'm sure it's been discussed before several times.

bigbloodyturbo
I had problems with inside wear on my rears, I used the lance alignment and so far its not happened again. I think his setup takes out rear camber.
Chris Wilson
Is it lowered? How much? Photos would help, low front and rear, square on, and a good side shot showing ride height.
SteveR
I posted my slightly customised geo settings after I went to Centre gravity, from memory I know ashBHP did and JamieP also when they had theirs done. You can search just as well as me though.
bigbloodyturbo
While we're on the subject(slight threadjack) is it worth it or even possible to add a little more castor to the lance alignment?

Chris Wilson
In these times of financial crisis a 25 quid bleed valve and a little patience just running the car off boost for the last minute or so of your journey would save you about £460 plus VAT with very similar results
