I managed to take a few pics of the titanium exhaust today.

As you can see, its a 3.5" titanium from the turbo back, which means super lightweight and its looks the business to. I've also gone to the extent of having the wastegate pipework made in titanium to, even the wastegate flanges, all these have to be made from scratch as you cant buy them off the shelf. Cant wait to weigh it, just cant be bothered to take it all off, to much other stuff to be getting on with for the moment.

And also some pics of the new twin wastegate manifold, shame you cant really see much of it when its all bolted up, its a work of art. Will be testing this out as soon as I can, its all available to buy if required.

Got loads to do at the moment. Removed the heater and spent the rest of the day removing the remains of the sound proofing, what a tedious job! Then painted the floor pans and transmission tunnel.

Still got to fit flocked dash back in, make up a new carbon dash facia, wire up my dash, fit new front splitter, Ikeya rose jointed suspension arms, do a load of heat shielding around the wastegate area, try out the Bullseye turbo, etc. etc. I'll update as I go.

Only 3 weeks to go to the first round now and I cant wait!

Another day gone, spent some of the afternoon wiring up the heated screen plus tidying up all the mess that you cant normally see behind the dash. Now I've removed the heater & abs, there is a big bunch of wires that I no longer need, I'll be getting my wire cutters on those tomorrow. Should hopefully get the dash back in tomorrow with any luck and it'll start looking like a car again inside, not just a mass of wires!

Got some more done today.

More wiring, plus I got part of the dash back in, I had this flocked a few months back now, so its nice to finally get it in the car. Also, I've filled the holes left by the glove boxes and air vents for a nice one piece look.

Still got to make a carbon dash facia up so I can get all the switches and Racepak mounted, thats next weeks job.

And mounted the Ridox replica carbon front splitter. To fit these you have to chop off the undertray and lower section of the Ridox front bumper, but the result is well worth it. Plus this replaces the stock engine undertray so effectively flat bottoming the front end. I’ll get some better pics up when I’ve got it off the ramp.
