Bossco Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 Acording to Northumbria police it is tinted beyond the legal limit I got pulled for my windows once, when I questioned the calibration of their machine they offered to show me it was working correctly by testing the windscreen. The result was laughable when he told me the windscreen was actually ilegal as it was to dark. I requested they took the matter up with toyota. They still made me remove my side window tints though. I know it is completly ileagal to tint the front window but it does seem as though the galss is slightly darker than the windscreen on other cars.
