Branners
Took the car off the driveway to go to Brunters earlier this week and the warning triangle and the warning circle in the right hand dial were both on. No other warning lights at all. Did the usual thing of checking all the doors, bonnet and boot and they still wouldnt go out. I was running late for Toddington so left anyway. The lights stayed on all the way to Toddington where I stopped the car and turned it off. Setting off again the lights were out for the first 5 seconds then came back on. I knew I had a blown brake light so I put it down to that and decided to change it when I got to Brunters. In a convoy I normally rely on cruise to keep the speed steady, but with the warning light on the dash the cruise refused to engage, tried it a few times and it just wouldnt set a speed, the cruise light on the dash would come on but it just wouldnt work. Not sure if this is peculiar to the UK specs but it would seem if the warning triangle is on it wont bring the cruise on line. JB
