The Raven
Ok, should you take your car for an MOT with one on it would fail. I wonder how the insurance would take it? Ie a crash while running on one? Can the police pull you for it? If not why not? Was wondering today, after looking at mine and making my mind up that if i was more than 10 miles from home i would leave the Supra and call the AA for a tow. AlanM
Have had to use mine twice only for a few miles, once on front, once on back. When it is on the back it handles like a right piece of s*** even going slow, front for some reason was not too bad (but certainly not good either)
TRACIE_LOU
its a temporary measure only to get you home or to nearest garage why would you want to leave it on
Wez
I have driven round for a week on a space saver when waiting for the new tire to arrive, no big deal as long as you are sensible. Not sure the MOT covers the width of the wheel on a given car anyway, as long as the tred is at the correct depth
j_jza80
I drove from Paris to York in one day on a space saver in my last Supra, on one of the rears! It did cause some hair raising moments when it started throwing it down!

Like i said should you have a crash while having one fitted i wonder if the insurance would kick up
