AMG
Currently trying to change my J-SPec front brakes with UK's but hit a snag. Has anyone got any tips for undoing the two retaining bolts on the back of the caliper? I have tried but cant free them up.

AMG
Done them now, well bloody tight. Mind you, better than being loose
merckx
I know it's too late now, but. Use a blow torch to heat them up a little, be careful where the heat goes though. I did them on my van a few months ago and they were seriously tight. I used a long wrench and I shattered the extension bar, only my full weight would move them. It was the locking compound on the thread which made it so difficult, I used the blow torch to warm the other bolts and they came out so easy!
