Rich
I would try adrian flux, they were the best for me. I havent got points but im only 21. They are great until you have a total loss claim, then they are a royal pain in the arse.
TTRickeh
I have/had points and when I was 21 last year Bell were the cheapest I could find.
Branners
it may depend what the points are for. If its speeding most insurance companies are okay with an SP30 or two. If its something else then expect a high rate.

Pig
swift cover gave me third party f&T for £900 wen i was 19 Be very carefull with swift. They will force you to get the car repaired at there own budget repairer...can end up with a repair not worth having.

Paul
Ooh, all this talk of Adrian Flux. I'm just about to go with them for my L200 truck insurance:( Good price and a 10% discount for owners club, the company they are quoting for is Equity Red Star I think? My boss had a claim with them a few years back and said it all went smooth so I don't know which way to turn now? Supra is with Bell, been with them for years cause they do UK's cheap but never had a claim with them. As far as an insurer forcing you to go to their repairers, they can't do that and I'd fight that all the way because many 'aproved repairers' are just there because they are cheap and shite imo. supraspeed
i'm with sky on my single supe and i'm 22 with 2yrs nc and 3 points and mines just over a grand Fully Comp....now the installments put that up a bit but still cheap in my eyes

patrikbrunt
Im with Admiral, although I got the quote reduced because I got a cheaper quote from elephant and they matched it. Im paying just over £700 fully comp, with protected NCB, 3 points (TS10), 23 with 5 years NCB. Quite reasonable I thought.

Guest Budz86
I'm 22 with 3 points (SP30) . I went with Adrian Flux and my insurers are Equity Red Star. They are a bit thick to be honest. I had all my windows smashed and they tried to write the car off! I argued with them and ended up only paying my £50 glass excess and getting them all replaced . I find that you have to chase them, as with all insurance companies. I have just had my rear quarter dented and it needs a new one. Not my fault and the other guy involved has admitted liability, just waiting for his insurance company to do the same. We'll see how good their service is!
