DannoSupra Posted March 17, 2009 Author Share Posted March 17, 2009 Yeah i was thinking of placing a piece of stainless on the inside of the bumper, and as you say even if it doesnt stick to the bumper, the numberplate should hold them both together, as long as it wont rattle I've always been one for screwing plates on with self tappers and getting the coloured caps on after, after having a lot of previous numberplates falling off new jags because we used 'proper' number plate sticky's You could imagine owners coming in 'saying' that they're number plate has fallen off they're new jag blah blah Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But hopefully all is going to be Onwards and Upwards from now on Been busy stripping off the bonding off my windows and tints ready to put back on the car So hopefully this weekend i shall get the following done Refit Interior Refit Doors, Handles, Windows etc Refit the tailgate Drop and Clean Up and paint the suframes and suspension Everything that doesn't cost me anything so far Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Boot trims, seal etc are on Back lights and numberplate lights are on in the middle of removing dash now to replace matrix Tomorrow i'll jet wash me carpet ready for black dye. I'll keep the other 12 for another rainy day I've dye'd me carpet black today too, came out really good!
