L18msy
im getting a slight vibration at approx 60mph and i feels as if its coming from the rear of the car. ive put new wheels and suspension on and it is still doing it, so i know it isnt them. just wondered if you guys had any ideas what to check first. Dnk
Have you had a full geo and tracking done since, i'd bet thats what it is i doubt that would make it vibrate, my car was miles out when i took it for its geo after fitting all new wishbones tie bars dampers springs and had no issues Get the wheel balance checked 1st
Rich8v
What wheels did you have, and what have you got now? I know you say your sure its not the wheels. But just to rule it out do the wheels fit nicely on the hubs? And do you have hubsentric spacers fitted if not. (I think thats what there called, I've always called them spiggot rings before i started using this forum)

Big Ian
Liam, i'd go with rear disc's mate .. my E39 had a bad vibration and it came from the rear disc's, they are also a bit harder to feel any shudder through the brake pedal .. un like front disc's, you'll feel warped front's through the pedal and steering
