Supragaz
Just clicked on the Ad and it still states Rare Type R and extremely rare bodykit. Neither statement is accurate. Nice looking NA tho
Guest glen9mullan
you cant change title or things already written, i have made a statement at the end of ad, spoke to my local specialist and he can supply and fit turbo ect and all parts for 4k cash he did one in video linked ere http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=boGC_vYQv-w
Dave17
Do it then matey, it's definately better than losing the kit and buying a stock TT and having to get the kit again!
Guest Angry Koala
I see you've now changed the advert to say it's a standard SZ-R, not a Type R which is still incorrect. The SZ-R's only came with a 5 speed manual box from 94-95 and a 6 speed manual from 96 on. The only auto SZ-R was the aerotop which your's doesn't appear to be from the pics. What you have is a black, good condition, facelift SZ with a Trial kit on it. check the model chart which can be found here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=59334
mustang
This car was for sale on Pistonheads about 2 weeks ago, I enquired about it, exactly the same photos. So did you buy it off that person because he seemed to think that it was a type R too. How come you're selling it so soon, and you must have an idea what its worth? Guest glen9mullan
yes i bought it cos it was a bargain with every intention of selling it on again, cos as earlier stated i want a tt, but i like the idea of converting this one now as i agree its a cheaper option to convert this and keep th elooks than buy a tt and pay for the looks unless someone on ere wants to do a deal with theirs for my 355 replica on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=250356516462&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=015 Edited January 17, 2009 by glen9mullan (see edit history)
mustang
Buying a car in a recession just to sell on again is crazy! The used car market is shot, I don't think you'll have an easy or profitable time selling that or any of your cars. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for it? PM me if you like. benkei
MR2s with Ferrari kits are NOT for car enthusiasts... People on the MR2 forums would crucify you! Nice Supra though, I'm glad you've decided to keep it! Good luck wit the TT conversion!

jevansio
It is a stunning looking Supra though, with the engine engine/transmission would be a stunner, even the rear spoiler suits the look
Todd
MR2s with Ferrari kits are NOT for car enthusiasts. Really, it's just a kit car at the end of the day and I can think of numerous kit cars I would love to own, GT40 and Cobra just being 2.
