Tricky-Ricky
Please tell me you where very careful with the amount of sealant you used around the oil pump? otherwise the porting of the drain will have been for nothing, if its partially blocked with sealant. DSK
wow, I'd never dream of being able to do the work fellow members do, but its certainly looks like a good job is being done and credit to cas for the time and effort he's putting in. csa
I should point out that I'm not the one handling the spanners, It's my main man Kennet wouldn't take credit for that ;-)
csa
so, after a few issues with oilpress and ignition the car is now started up and it purrs like a kitten. Had it up to 80 degrees oil temp yesterday and everything seems good. no leaks ect. Only glitch was the power stering pump that chatted a bit until the fluid got all around the system. Now only awaiting some brakepads from Paul, then I can take it for the first spin :-)
csa
new brakepads has been installed and I've made the first 2 oilchanges on the car (done 150 miles in it) everything runs great and act's positive. Gearbox oil will be changed today and only thing missing now is the 4" exhaust and Ryans magic touch
