Adam W
Can anyone tell me if Toluene works as well in a high-compression normally aspirated engine as it does in a high-boost turbocharged engine? I can't see any reason why not, the effects in the cylinder of high-comp and high-boost are pretty similar, just hoping someone could give me a definitive answer... Gawaine T
An ex-colleague of mine at work, used to race Clubman series karts. He used to put a can of it in his company Focus from time to time, it used to go quite a bit better than normally.

Yes, it works fine in N/A engines, i use it religiously in my Vauxhall 2 litre in my Chevron, and any other high comp N/A. I even use it in F3 engines for testing, although for racing the regs demand a control fuel. Really high revving N/A engines with lots of squashy run best on pukka race fuel though as the burn time can be optimised, but I mean 8500 plus RPM.
