tooquicktostop
After meeting with a letting agency today they have told me my house will be far easy (and higher value) if I remove the office and replace with a single/bunk bed to appeal to families and give the 3rd bedroom back I wanted a built in office and no flat pack when I moved in so went to Hammonds who are a home office and bedroom furniture company, they designed and fitted this office and some other items in the house, it was not cheap (£2750 fitted!!), it is only 3 years old and mint I am happy to take offers over £650 for the office furniture, it has plenty of storage including a cupboard for the PC tower and a special designed cupboard for a printer/scanner so it is all tidy and clean, in fact I bit too professional for me as I only use the PC for a bit of net surfing and use the laptop most of the time I will hve the units removed by a professional decorator if sold and have them ready for collection as and when you are ready, I consider this to be a real bargain and if it makes over £650 I will throw in the leather office chair to go with it I am happy to take viewings and also to get more photos if needed
