Pot
Just checked the packaging that came with mine, and there's no CD. I thought it came with the cable?
Max Headroom
Same here, no CD with the Elite!!
Jake
Same here, I have an Elite but don't know what CD you mean. It didn't come with anything like that. What do you mean "the hard drive data transfer" What's it transferring to/from?
Pixelfill
I presume he's referring to the Hard Drive Data Transfer cable. This is used to transfer XBOX360 data (saves, downloads etc.) from one Hard drive to another - usually when upgrading from say a 20Gb hard drive to a 120Gb hard drive. http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support/systemuse/xbox360/console/datamigration.htm The CD is shipped with the cable. Pot
If anyone is able to find a CD + Cable, I'm guessing there could be a few of us in need of it, and maybe a use'n'post could be faster than getting one from MicroSoft?... I'll order one anway, but if there's one free I'm happy to pay for postage, then ship it on afterwards?
Trig
sounds like a plan
Pot
Feck it, I've got an order form in the office, so I'll send it off tomorrow - (Then we can have a few floating around ) - (That sounds odd Hmmm)
edd_t
ive got the cd somewhere, will have to dig it up though. dont know if you know or not, as this has buggerd me up, once you transfer to a new HDD, you will have to be permanetly connected to xbox live to use any of your older downloaded content. ive found that games such as Forza2 wont let you play them at all unless conected to live after the transfer, and a lot of arcade games, especially Sega ones, will ask you to re-download them over and over again
