tonyhawk
Quick background: The car started on Wednesday morning no problem after installing an AEM EMS and downloading a base map curtesy of Ryan; Wednesday afternoon I disconnected the battery and put it up on a ramp to sort out an oil leak and fit an AEM wideband sensor. Ramp back down, I installed UK 550 injectors (J-Spec car), as well as a resistor pack and 3.5Bar MAP sensor. Needed to move the car, so before I installed the HKS DLi and Boost solenoid I reconnected the battery and went to start it, but...nothing! The car has a Toad AI606 alarm, which now (I can't remember how many chirps it made on Wednesday when it started, but I think it was 1) beeps 3 times when arming (suggesting that something is open, but nothing is), and then no beeps when disarming, however it does flash twice and the LED on the dash goes orange, suggesting that all is ok. Key in, turn, all the guages light up, dash mostly lights up, but no oil pressure or ignition (battery) light; turn the key and...nothing! Not a sausage! I'm guessing that I've done something, knocked or disconnected something, either during the resistor pack install or when I had the dash apart for fitting the AEM guage, but I cannot find anything. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp! Any thoughts? Thanks

Ryan.G
Hi Tony Sorry about earlier was in the middle of holding a gearbox (your see why in my track car thread). Didn't relise you had this problem though chap. What i would suggest is first seeing if the ecu has power ie can you connect to it. If you can check the map sensor reading it should be 100kpa or near too. My guess is resistor pack or map sensor wiring. Did it try to fire at all or just dead?
