hks cams on bpu++

intake 256°/exhaust 264° is the popular choice at BPU levels. You don't 'need' an aftermarket ecu, but it would help get the best out of them.

The cams will give more mid range, top end power at the expensive of a little less response low down (not a bit effect). With an aftermarket ECU I'd guess around 20ish hp increase. Worth doing if you want to get the best out of the stock turbos, but not cheap.

what sort of price for a new set of HKS cams in the duration you mentioned nic? (if they're still available)

-edit- also, do they change the lift, wouldn't fancy them if they stopped the JZ from being a non interference, just incase;)

J-spec Cam Specs

Intake Cam - 224° 7.88mm lift

Exhaust Cam - 233° 8.4mm lift

HKS Cam Specs

HKS Camshaft - Intake 256° 8.7mm lift (non interference)

HKS Camshaft - Exhaust 264° 9.0mm lift (non interference)
